Millview Park is a new development situated in the quiet village of West Kingsdown, Kent.

West Kingsdown has been inhabited since the earliest times of human occupation and would have existed at the time of the compilation of the Domesday Book. The 11th Century Church of St. Edmund in West Kingsdown, is a fine example of early Saxon architecture and the area is rich in stately homes, including Knole in Sevenoaks, Ightham Mote and Leeds Castle.

There is a good selection of shops to be found locally in nearby Hever Avenue, whilst a Sainsbury’s supermarket and other stores can be found on the Riverdale Retail Park near Otford, or Swanley. Comprehensive facilities of Bromley and Bluewater, comprising of 320 shops and restaurants are just 12 miles by road.

Golf lovers can exercise their skills at The London Golf Club and fitness fanatics can enjoy the facilities at the nearby Thistle Hotel, with a large swimming pool.

There is a regular bus service and a post office and doctors surgery are all within walking distance, along with a variety of public houses and restaurants.
