These two words describe Stonehill Woods Park better than we can. A Tranquil Delight it certainly is – set in 35 acres of mixed mature traditional Kent wood and surrounded by hundreds of acres of further woodland owned by the National Trust; the park offers residents a truly lovely setting in which to live.

Stonehill Woods Development

Over several years Stonehill Woods Park has been redeveloped to exacting standards. The third phase is now starting and a limited number of homes will be available. AII the services to the park are new and laid underground – mains water, electric, sewage and telephones. Economy 7 Electric Total Heating is available and the roads and car parks are all kerbed and tarmacked.

Birchwood Park Golf & Country Club adjoins  the park, with a leisure centre, restaurants, shopping precincts and a doctors surgery all within easy reach.

A show home is usually available to view, but please telephone to make an appointment. Stonehill Woods Park is primarily a retirement park and we very much regret that children are not permitted as residents.
